BB1 Door Light Issues (Any Suggestions?)

Hello all,
I'm new new to NLG and a new slot owner so forgive me if I lack some of the technical terms but I'll do my best to explain my issue here.
Oh, and before I go on I'm excited to be a part of NLG. The community seems great!

To keep it simple, my door light keeps burning out. It will stay on for about 10-20 minutes and will occasionally pop back on after a few taps to the glass or with an open and close of the door but eventually the bulb completely burns out. I've checked that all connections are tight, replaced the bulb 4 times and looked for any shorts but can't seem to find any. I also replaced the housing that holds the bulb itself as well with no luck. maybe the power supply that this is connected to is bad or the harnes from the PS to the light has a short? All other panel lights and the marquee light work fine.

I feel like I'm missing something simple here. Has anyone else run into this issue or does anyone have any suggestions?

 Sounds like you may have a bad ballast.

Thanks for the suggestion. Any idea where to find a replacement? I'm not familiar with the part.
