IGT S+ Power Supply Voltage - Change from 220v to 110v (or vice-versa)

(1/1)

Information contributed by Jim (from Midwest Slots) and stayouttadabunker.

To change an IGT S+ power supply from 220vac to 110vac:

- DISCONNECT THE POWER CORD SUPPLYING THE MACHINE
- Open the power supply
- Remove the Black/purple stripe (# 29) wire from the coil.
- Follow it down to the floor...the other end of it will be plugged into the black bus on the floor.
- Pull it out of there (the number 5 spot on the TB6 bus box) also, and your power supply is now 115Vac.

To be safe, disconnect the harness that connects the motherboard to the power supply, and double check with a voltage tester before reconnecting the power to the motherboard.

To convert a machine from 110v to 220v:
