Machine shows link progressive down:
1270 Enhanced
SG598
VS011GX1
SB100055 Double Black Jack or Red, White & Blue
Cham II+ and harness works in a different S2000
When I examined the setting it is getting data from the Cham II+
Displays correct value from cham II for each denom set at link level 1 in 7.3.1
But the error wont clear and yes optics work

Just installed on this machine or was working and stopped?
7.3.4 SAS =1?
chami set m-08 and jp0?
Check wires at both ends and make sure pin did not push back on one of them.
I know you have done all the obvious stuff.
Had one chami that had a cold solder joint on the J7 socket drove me nuts.

are you connecting the controller to the comms board or directly to the motherboard. if you are using the comms board pul it off the box its mounted in and look for blown caps on the power supply behind it.

I actually found the problem, some how while setting things up, I accidentally enabled link level 2 in one of the denoms
