Title: Bally Gamemaker V-7000 Jurisdiction Locked

Need some help with this one. Never ran into this before. Battery was dead. Changed battery and cleared. Got set jurisdiction using dip switch bank 2. I have read some posts and tried the debug chip and erasing another jurisdiction chip still got the same.  :Scratch-Head:

Update, Got it working. I thought I would try taking the erased jurisdiction chip out and doing the clear with out the chip in. Got the same screen. Then I decided to move some of the switches on bank 2 until I got jurisdiction 1. I had moved on bank 2 switches 1&2 to on, turned machine on and got jurisdiction 1 turn key and it worked. Then put erased jurisdiction chip back in and was able to do the settings.  :applause:
