What kind of slot machine is this Aristocrat? I like to buy this one but isn't working.

Someone may chime in with a model type. Many of us have had an Aristocrat at one time or another. I'd avoid it!
Can the seller describe the symptoms? I wound't pay over $50 for it though.

The owner says that the lights go on but won't start up. He want's to have $ 200,- for it.

Getting parts and/or working on these in USA is difficult unless you're experienced with working on these, AND have parts availability.
For you, especially being in the Netherlands, my opinion would be stick with something like an IGT or Bally.

Looks like a MK2.5 going by the belly panel and chip tray (similar cabinet to MK2.5 video slot but with mechanical reels). I know absolutely nothing about reel slots though.
