Title: Universal co. Slot issues

1st. Issue every time it hits it overpays. So the error 31 comes up and I have to reset. That’s on every hit.
2nd issue is spin button is the only button that works. None of the other buttons work. Like the max bid button. Every thing was working at one time.  But been sitting for some time. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Would need to know what game it is. Eprom versions, etc.

Sounds like the settings are gone. Little sub-board at location A1 on the mpu. Or dip switches on sub-board changed.

For the over pay. I'm thinking the coin kicker is not working on the hopper. I had a uni do this. It just needed to be cleaned & lubed.

For the buttons issue. Maybe just the button switches are the problem or the door harness connection to the cabinet may be the problem.
