'80/'90 slot machine parts availability

I have the opportunity to buy an older non-working Universal Stars & Stripe machine.  Having only dealt with Bally and IGT, are Universal parts as or close to as available as the other two brands?

Universal parts are hard to find. Especially the MPU board.

I have that machine. Does the one you are looking at have a top box or is it a shorty? Ive actualy have had both at on time. They are pretty good machines IMO.
