Title: Researching a stand alone progressive setup for my igt s+
Post by: captmatt on November 26, 2020, 08:48:03 AM
Hi,

Jus finished restoring my s+ (running sp1160/ss4133) and i’d like to start the process of installing a stand alone progressive system (if it’s even possible).  couple questions:

1) My top glass has the blank but I don’t want to assume the machine will actually accept a system. was this just a way to piece together the aesthetics of the machine or does it actually have the capability?

2) Can anyone point me to a good article to get me started with the planning?

thanks again to those on the forum who’ve been so helpful getting this thing going.

I have a controller if you want it along with some harnesses & power cord. Just Pay shipping. SS4133 is 87%. Let me know if you want a higher % SS chip. I'm not educated on setting these up but you can probably get help here on the forum. It's a 1997 Mikohn from a S plus machine.

OK thanks. I’ll look you up once I get the whole picture put together (type of display, etc.)

Happy Thanksgiving
