Title: UV1700 - The game of life

Hello,


I just bought a sigmaslot 'The game of life'
Error message is telling me that I should put the original CDROM back .


Where I can get a backup of this CDROM ?
Where can I get the dump of the set clear chip which I need as far as I know ?

As long as the DVD ROM is good the game should boot up. If there were to be any further issues it would tell you on the screen to install the set chip. There is a very low level of security on these games. You can have two boardsets with two different games and swap them in and out (along with the DVD) without having to clear and set.

Hello dragster,


I will get the following error message - not verified until now cause missing voltage transformator. I bought the system with this error message.
So if CDROM is missing, wrong  or defect I need a replacement for it. That was the reason I opened this subject. Also the ROM can be wrong or bad.

I now know why it is not booting.
It is the wrong CDROM an EPROM inside 😩
It’s Easy Riches CD 259 and not game of life.
This is a big problem now without the CD.
