Can anyone identify this machine?


Issue, Powers on, screen slightly lights but basically black.  Going to try adjusting the brightness.  But, does this basic description for the machine sounds like any issue specifically to anyone?  I know, very little info so far as I have not dug into checking it out fully yet.


Mainly trying to identify the machine model number and confirm manufacturer.
