Title: Coin optics board repair

Trying to repair S2000 coin optics board and I ordered some sender and receiver diodes but the ones I ordered are too tall.  Does anyone know where I can get the right sender and receiver diodes?

I bought some emitters from DIGI-KEY in 2018, but I can’t remember if they were for a S2000 or S Plus.  Also, I am not sure if they are the same either.

I wound up shaving the bottom of the tail one off and it worked!  I also
Ordered different ones that are 3mm instead of 5mm for future repairs that should work fine with shaving!

The difference between the 3mm and 5mm diodes is the width - not the height or length.
Did you look at the mouser.com website for emitters & recievers?
Digi-key.com will have them too....I just shop for better pricing.

I know the difference is width but they are also shorter😎
