Title: Game King Locked up

Hi,

With some excellent help from this forum I was able to get the Game King playing. After about 10 minutes the game locked up. None of the button lights on the front panel are illuminated, the machine thinks the door is open. I checked the door switch, contacts are good. I replaced with Cherry switch with another known good switch that I purchased from a forum member, still nothing. The machine was poweed down and restarted, it boots back up to the same screen,

Check the belly door switch.  It's wired in series with the main door switch so if it's open you'll get a Door Open M error message.

The switch is located on the upper left hand side of the belly door (see photo).  There's a knob on the side right side of the main door.  Pull it out and the belly door will open and drop down (be ready to catch it).  You can either adjust the switch or bypass it, your choice.

I found it. Cleaned and adjusted the switch. Cleaned and lubed the belly door lock mechanism while I was in there. The game is working 100% now!
