Title: DOT INIT error message on my 1996 Williams winning streak model 40S5 need help

Hi,
   I am looking for help in fixing this error I get on my Williams "Winning Streak" model 40S5 built 1996 it used to work great but now when I power it up I get "DOT INIT" error and it keeps restarting. Sometime it will work for 5-10 minutes but then it resets and throws the DOT INIT error again. I have the manual but that does not really help me, so I was hoping someone on this forum is familiar with the issue and can help me solve it?

I've fixed that error my recapping the upper power supply. May want to do the lower power supply and distribution pcb under it. I have the parts if you want to do it. PM me.

Do you by chance have a cap kit for the PDU? Not the entire lower power supply, but the board underneath it. I converted to an ATX power supply but would like to refurb the remain lower supply.
