just got a new bb2 5 reel alice and the enchanted forest on start up all top box lights up printer and bill has ready light all green lights on cpu on but i have no lights on buttons and bottom screen is black and reels are spinning really slow all the time replaced batteries on cpu just wondering what i should look for and what clear should i get my first wms machine this is where it stops loading

The preferred clear is 1851 although a clear 1810 will also work. Your machine is not completing the load sequence because the NVRAM is corrupt (which happens whenever the batteries die or you change them). You need to clear the machine before you do anything else.
