Title: Eprom Devices

Okay...trying to burn a chip with chips I got in from China since they charge an arm & a leg stateside.
Chip reads as "Blank", enter a file then burn it to the device (M27C4002)
All seems well...here's the problem...>>>
When I do a re-read, the Checksum:xxxx xxxx comes up different every time.

Prognosis: Bad chip?

What do you think?

Solved...was just oxidized device adapter pin legs...sprayed some CRC QD Electronic Cleaner on the legs...reads perfectly.

One of the eprom leg not contact to reader.When reed emty socket on blank test it reed all ff will give blank test ok , device blank.
