Your machine (http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?topic=28767.0) is considered to be an "EVO hybrid" since it has both video and reel components.  We don't have a Bally EVO section here.  I did a search and the handful of posts I found relating to EVO hybrids (that weren't in the Classifieds section) ended up in the Bally Reel Games (http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?board=75.0) section, so I guess that's as good a place as any.
