Title: Aristocrat Esprit - "Grand Slam" HELP PLEASE !!!!!

Dads was tinkering with this machine for years, gave him something to do.
It all lights up, accepts coins - switches from insert coin to play know. but the "when lit" light stays on all the time, even put a 100 coins through it, still not.
i have power to the reels but the relays wont disengage to let the reels spin ?, all moves manually !!!
Any info would be great !

The second light from the left is always on with mine.
