The internal components look good, but the faceplate needs to be re-plated.
$200 might be a little steep. Could be a fun project.

I'm sure they'll come off that price when it doesn't sell. I'd offer $100 or less. Got mine in mint condition, in a custom black lacquer cabinet for $250, a fluke I'm sure.
