First thing is get the machine off of it's side :lol:  Second is give us a little history on it.  Was the machine working and the error came up while playing it?

I knew that, I was just messing with ya.  I fixed it so it's upright now. 

Try reseating the door I/O card.  If that doesn't work, try replacing it if you have another.

It's the one on the door.  Usually there's a jumper plug on that empty plug to bypass the coin optics.  Yours doesn't have one, but has at least two wires in a butt splice.  Maybe that's how someone bypassed it?  You said it was working and then just quit, so I'm assuming that is all good.

I resolved the issue I think the I/o was loose or something, also I did a reset but now my printer is no longer printing an when I did the setup I left the printer enabled, I can reset the jackpot with the key

Set validation to standard if you don't have a TITO.

You'll know if you have TITO if you can see what your tickets looked like when it was printing. You can post an image here if it isn't obvious to you. I will tell you if you don't have it, you will want it😁

He was referring to a ticket the machine has already printed, not a blank ticket.
