can anyone tell me the difference between the Stepper chips SG0000312 vs SG0000363 vs SG0000369. are they all usable in a DDDeluxe. I assume the only difference is the higher the number the newer the release. So best to use the SG0000369? Want to change out the 312's. Marty

Which MPU - 50x or 1270? Do not use 363s with 1270 board.

sorry newbie obviously after asking the question. MPU I assume is the small board mounted to the back of the machine , not the pull out board which is a 504. Ya need help... and somor wine.

no not an enhanced board, I have a 504. Is that what u mean?

Yep got it not enhanced board, so do I buy 363's or 369's or does it matter?

Check with member RB on here. He will set you up with the chips you need.

Use 363s. 369s are type 0 only according to the PSR. May not work with a nudge game. 363s are proven to be the best choice for most games on a 50x MPU.
