Title: UBA-14 Validator Programming

How is a UBA validator programmed.  The reason I ask is there are two memory locations for this validator.  The removeable ROM chip and an on board flash chip.  I am somewhat confused as what needs to be done to reprogram this validator.  Any insight is appreciated.  Thanks

UBA14 is flashed. The removeable prom is a boot chip.
