Hello, I purchased a slot machine from worldwide gaming and they are desperately trying to find a way for my machine to accept cash. They said it needed a par sheet for that specific game. It’s an aristocrat cashman jewel of the enchantress slot machine. Can anyone help me please I really want it to take cash to be like the real casino. They sent me the following message : It does not see the currency with the back end server disconnected.[/size][/color]We were able to get the printer to talk to the game so that let us installed the TITO. [/size][/color][/size]

If they don't understand what they are selling you, I suggest you look elsewhere. Would you buy a car from a dealer who can't fixt it or know anything about it. If they can't get cash to work, I wouldn't buy from them. Imagine if you went to a get a type of service and he couldn't diagnose what is wrong, and you had to go on your own to look for the answer and still PAY the guy for the solution EVEN if he never came up with the right diagnostic. The ONLY time you buy from someone who has no clue of what they are selling, is if YOU know what you are getting and how to deal with it.

Rick you make a great point and that has definitely crossed my mind. However I have been looking for this exact machine for a long time and worldwide gaming did find it for me just by accident I think but still. I really want this Bill validitor to work but I don’t know what to do. Can anyone shed any light on this situation. Is it really that hard to get an older machine like this to accept new currency?

Honestly, their message makes no sense. There is no "Back end server" to accept currency, and as far as TITO is concerned, all they have going is probably just printing tickets, I bet it doesn't take them. I still hold to my opinion that if you cannot get support from them, you are taking a big chance.

just my 2 cents. There is a reason worldwide gaming is banned from nlg. Brad who owns it the slimy used car salesman of slot sales and I know for a fact that he is currently without an experienced tech in his employ. Caveat emptor

Boy I’m glad I came here. Between yalls words of wisdom and the private message I just got it’s convinced me to cancel my order with mr [size=78%]Hansen. There have been lots of red flags along the way from changing the price on me, delays in shipping, and finally a slot machine that can’t accept cash hahaha. That one broke the camels back. So I emailed him and told him to cancel the order and yes he even already took the money from my credit card but I will definitely refute the charges if need be. All of the companies on the front page banner are reputable and have earned there spaces there by their treatment of the members of this community. Not all of them sell whole machines though. Contributing members of the forum can also use the classified section to post wanted to buy ads as well.

I’m really struggling on what to do. I see a few of you have good advice about brad at worldwide gaming but I am seriously thinking about buying the machine anyway just because he has the exact machine I want. Yes I want it to accept cash so can anyone tell me how hard it would be to get that done? Also the Tito situation are y’all telling me there’s no way to do that on these machines as well? How does the casino do it? I have a local casino that has this exact machine and it’s fine??? Maybe I’m desperate but I just don’t understand

The tito system at a casino is totally different from one used for home use. A casino is using a site wide server to communicate with all the machines on the floor. Home use titos are stand alone and so far no one has been able to make one to use the protocols that the aristocrat machines use to communicate. There are a few threads about this on the forum. As far as the machine goes, I would recommend in no uncertain terms to not deal with brad. I live less than an hour away from his shop and have spoken to him in person on more than one occasion. I have heard from far to many former customers of the treatment they received during and after a sale to ever do business with him. His prices are high, his service is nonexistent. Mk6 are not hard to find. One of the reputable dealers could locate the correct glass and the software and turn any mav500 cabinet into that game. I would look elsewhere.

You make some very valid points and I really appreciate your suggestions. Can you tell me what would be a good deal in this machine. A good enough deal to not worry about having to deal with brad or having to depend on him for service? I would also like to know how much I should be paying for this game as I am obviously clueless.

The price will vary depending on your location and availability of the machine in your area. Machines can be purchased in a number of conditions as well. Parts complete, meaning the unit has all its needed pieces but is untested and uncleaned. Shopped, which means it is at least all in working order, some shops thoroughly clean and detail machines described as this while others sell them shopped and dirty. And my favorite, unshopped. Casino fresh, dirty, untested, may be missing parts. Your knowledge and skill set will determine which of these options you would want to buy. That being said, a Mav500(the physical cabinet type) mk6(the processor type) cabinet in my area: fully shopped and clean $800, $900 if its perfect, parts complete $500, unshopped I would not pay more than $400. These prices are just for the machine itself, and shipping?delivery would be a whole separate issue.
