I have been getting a lot of antiques in for repair. Where do people get there parts from the place i used seems to have closed.
-
That would depend on what kind of "antiques" you are talking about, can you be more specific?
-
All types of mechanicals mostly mills tho.

http://www.mrslot1.com/ (http://www.mrslot1.com/) has just about any mech part - tom kruhl past away couple of years now - he was the chief supplier
-
Ya i know. He was who i used to get parts from. Thanks for the info i will check them out.

I get the feeling that you were talking about Tom Krahl ... he was a friend and is greatly missed.
If I can help you in finding original parts, please PM me and I can help.

Also look for a Jerry Linton on ebay (Jlinton1 I believe is his ebay handle). He's down in Homosassa, Florida. He regularly posts a lot of Mills and Jennings parts and has bought a lot of old operators' stashes of parts.

Yes that is who i used to get my parts from i didnt know him very well tho. I was able to repair the original part i had, but i may nees to take advantage of that offer in the future. i have been getting a lot of them in.
