I recently purchased a WMS BB2 Big Bass Bucks machine, and it hasn't worked since it showed up. I have gone through working with a tech from the place I got it from, but we have had some trouble communicating.
So I am reaching out to you guys for help.
I replaced the CPU, and after getting my 3rd Clear Card, can finally get to the point where I can set up the machine. When I try to fumble through, I can only get so far, and by so far I got to the point where Everything is loaded, but I have no idea how to add credits and play. I am assuming that I am not setting the devices up properly, but as I stated before, I am brand new here.
So what I can tell you guys is this:
There is a Printer.
There is no Ticket in Capability
There is no Bill in capability.
There are 2 monitors, and once the game is loaded they both function correctly.
I know there is probably more information you guys need, just ask and I will do my best to answer, and thank you in advance for the help.
Peace!

There is no Ticket in Capability
Does this mean there is NO bill acceptor/cashbox unit at all?
You need to get one (Snap a photo of what's in there)
or install a WMS BB2 TITO@Home board that has the capability of adding 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 free credits if you want with the push of a button.

Correct, no bill acceptor / cashbox at all.
It may be configured with a home board, there were just no instructions on what button to push to add credits.
-
well...look and see if the TITO board in there?
There would be a data cable (DB9) plugged into the backplane board under the MPU marked as RS-232 on the left hand side on top of "HOST COMM 1".
The TITO board may look like the one I've pictured for you below...>>>

I will take a look tonight when I get home. Before you I had no idea what it was / is. I can follow up then.

I. Cannot. Thank. You. Enough……
After having this machine since before Christmas, less than an hour after asking a question, you gave me enough to know where to look.
I got home, and within 10 minutes I was up and running.
I can’t thank you enough!!

haha...what happened?
Did the plug come out for the Tito board? :scratch-head_2:
I'm glad it's up and running! :)

Everything was plugged in okay, it came down to the options in the setup. Once you let me know what to look for, I found some instructions online that got me up and running!
Thanks again!
