Title: IGT S+ reels spin sound issue

I have an IGT S+ slot.  When I play a coin the reels spin with the usual sound, however when the reels stop there no click noise.  The the reels just stop with no sound.  I have swapped out the board and used the same chips but still the same results.  Any help would be appreciated.

The click noise is the handle solenoid. Check it.
