Title: Lost sound on avp g23 game king

I lost power several times and I had to wipe and reinstall my game package on the g23.
I now don’t have any game sounds but I have the click sound on some reel games.
I have checked to make sure the mute all sound box wasn’t checked and turned up the volume but I have nothing.

Twist the green sound jack plug to see if you hear sound, sometimes the casino gunk breaks connectivity.  If you still don't hear anything, connect the green sound jack to a tablet or phone and play some sound on it to see if the amp is still working.  If the sound works, then you either have a really dirty sound output jack (use detoxit or something similar with a cotton swab to clearn) or the sound circuit in your mpu has gone bad.

I hooked up the green cord to my phone and still no sound

Your amp is having issues or is getting no power. Check power coming into the amp.  Also check to make sure the sound plugs going into the amp are connected and not loose.

Check the plugs on the bottom side of the sound bar as well as the ones on the CPU.

Thank you for the help. I purchased a new speaker assembly and it fixed my issue.

Glad you got it resolved.  Too bad it wasn't a simple solution, but a G23 with no sound isn't a lot of fun!
