Title: unknown little payout description strip

Anybody any idea what kind of machine this is for, I found it in my Bally hoard, but has possibly nothing to do with Bally at all.. has an item number "PC55/475 and made out of plastic-ish material  30*5 cm's

it seems to belong to an aristocrat machine, no Bally
