Have a bb1with handpay lockout. Any help would be appreciated.

Customer has gotten machine in this state. I'm not with the machine.

You don't say it but I am presuming the jackpot reset key does not work? or the switch does not work? or he has no key to reset it with?

Got this taken care of . He was in the history section and had attempted a hand pay when he got an error. After we got the error taken care of the machine cleared the handpay and all is well. The customer kept saying the hand pay lockout was a pending status message. Thanks for your help.
