Well this is something you dont see every day!  Looks like a 19" round top panda cabinet that has what I think is a 17" monitor in it and the best part is the wms glass cut down to fit in the igt top box!

I can't find the pics, but that comment reminds me of the guy on facebook selling "avp tall top" cabinets where the "topbox" is nothing but particle board with exposed screws holding a tv!  Looks super fancy!
