I have a Nippon Conlux NBU-2262-13B bill acceptor in a homemade Cherry Master game that I built in 2005. I just blew the dust off of it and tried to insert a few $10 and $20 dollar bills, but it would not take the new style. It does take the older ~2005 bills. Is there a firmware upgrade that can bring this DBA up to speed? This is just for home use, but I hate opening the door and adding credits. I did put together a counter circuit on a breadboard to enter in credits for me, so I don't have to hit the credit button continuously, but it is still a hassle.
