Title: 044 Game King. Swapping games.

I currently swap games out on one of my GK 044 machines and just change my backplane eeprom to retain my settings for each game. So pretty much I have a dedicated backplane eeprom matched per each 044 game I have. The question I have is, would I be able to plug that MPU into my other GK 044 Machine and just change the eeprom on that backplane or would I need to rekey it for that specific backplane?  Thanks in advance.

A different backplane is fine as long as you use the same mpu, flashboard and eeprom. Hardware differences will show up though if you have a different BV or one has a TITO and other doesn't for example.
