Title: 3902 board missing chip?

I was given a 3902 board and I noticed that the GME1,  1of4 chip is missing. I’m wondering if this could have been on the 3201 board that plugs in on top and it never came my way? Is this something that can be purchased separately to complete this board? Thank You for your help.

GME 1 is missing, GME 4 is backwards, CGF is the wrong number The MML and sound SIMM is missing. I have all of that if you need it.
What number is that PXLF SIMM?
