I did a ram clear on my wms bbs machine an when I go back to put the game an operating disk in the machine will not even turn back on any help thanks alot

Is it the same machine?  When you say does not power up, do you hear fans spinning or anything lit up like internal lighting?

No the fan an or motor do absolutely nothing they were on just fine when I did the clear, now it will not do anything an just the interior light is lite

Pull the mpu out and see if when you power up, you get the system fans to come on.  If they do, then you either have a short on your mpu, or the mpu was not inserted all the way causing an issue.  If the fans still don't come on, you have a short somewhere else.  I don't recognize this cabinet type, is it a slant top machine, I see the power supply just laying there not attached to anything.

Just an empty power cord don’t know what it could be hooked up to machine was working fine before I did the clear

Took out the mpu an still no fans just main light

Your ATX power supply either just went bad, blew a fuse, or you have a short on your cabinet.  Check the fuse first, then test the power supply on another cabinet, if it works in another cabinet, you probably have a short somewhere in your cabinet.
