Title: Multi Game Software on a BB2... Do I need a bigger hard drive?

I had some issues at first with the installation of 'My Poker Multigame' on a BB2, I kept getting the same error after 2 attempts at setup. Finally, I tried it again only installing about half the game options and it finished loading and plays fine. I’m thinking maybe it needs a bigger hard drive to store and install all the options??? The buttons do nothing, everything is touchscreen. After watching a YouTube video, I figured that would be the case, no issues playing the game though.

This is the error when installing ALL the games/options…

Poker_xD (PID 1537) running as TID 0 reported the following error:
Program Fault Program Fault
OS: SSSG-000-16F1
Game1: SAFD-000-1030

Does your CPU have 1 or 2gb RAM?  Usually not a SSD issue, the standard is 40gb which is plenty of room

Looks like my machine only has 1024MB of RAM, I assume this is my issue?

Should I look for a 2GB memory stick?  Will any 2GB PC2-5300-555 work with this cabinet?

Yeah, that should fix your problem.  As long as the 2GB stick has the same number of pins and same specs should work

I found a 2GB memory stick in my stash of computer parts. I'll report back after all the settings are made.

One more question... When this particular software (My Poker) is installed, my OLED button panel doesn't work. Everything is done via touchscreen, which is fine as far as gameplay. I do have TITO installed and with the button panel not working it's impossible to add credits to the game via the service button. If I choose Standard in the button panel selection, will the OLED panel work, or am I out of luck when it comes to adding credits?

With that game OLED will be useless.  Use tickets if you have Tito

Update... Even with 2GB of memory it still would not load ALL the games. I left out the double double, and triple triple poker options, (wouldn't have been played much anyway) and the rest loaded fine.

My wife is happy again!!!!  :applause:
