Has anyone ever heard of Games West inc. Based From Tucson, AZ?

I just found a video draw poker machine from the 1990's made by a company named Games West Inc., tag say Tucson AZ.. At first glance I thought it was an IGT, or Sigma game. It has no video out put, and acts like it has a power supply issue. Anyone have any information about it. Owner said it just stopped working while playing it. Still has all its light.
