I've seen this person's listings before because I remember all his "disclaimer" novels he writes on each listing, IN ALL CAPITALS. 
He likes copying other peoples property and then selling them at high prices. Granted, some stuff like the CDS birthing chips are hard to get, but from what's listed, it's a little obvious he's just making top dollar selling stuff he just finds and then sticks on a CD.
And it's clever marketing using eBay's system to show availability of items. So, some listings show "LAST ONE" yet it's a CD copy! I'm sure he's not selling his VERY LAST copies of manuals and other information.  EVERYTHING is saved on his computer for another day, to make more and more.
And selling "BASIC IGT S2000 SLOT MACHINE RAM CLEAR AND OPTIONS CHIP INSTRUCTIONS" for $13??

And, we're not grumpy (well one member is), and don't say things like this, regarding "90%" of eBay buyers:

I can shoot him a message if you’d like.  Have you tried to post a wanted ad here for what you need? The members here are pretty good at getting people what they need. I don’t know if I would recommend buying from this guy after the reports of his reputation. I won’t buy from him.

Yes, posted in classifieds a few weeks ago.   

I have reached out to so many people.   Many of them have helped out with the files they have but so far nothing matches 100%. 
Perhaps I am doing something wrong in the birthing process, although it seems pretty straight forward.

I have a 99% match but might as well be 1%...

But that generates a schedule error after setup.

I doubt that ebay person has them.  He mentions bandit chips, which I think is a different mainboard.  VG2 is newer.    Even though this is a reel game, wonder if anything would show up on a monitor if plugged in.
