With the BV installed, looking on the right side, do you see 2 red LEDs lit up ?

Sorry for my delayed response, yes the red lights are lit up on the BV. I’m wondering, since the BV was shut off on dip switches, is this why it won’t cycle? Unfortunately I don’t have another BV that’s compatible with this machine to test.

Set your dip switches for JCM WBA and do a clear

I didn’t report back on this issue. I took the BV and put it in another machine, the issue was the bill validation itself. Solved by putting a different BV in the machine.
