Someone was nice enough to help identify my machine, now the next step is to see if anyone has a scan of documentation and/or good source to get one?   Thanks.

There's several PE+ documents in the NLG File system, but you need to be a contributing member to access that section.  Consider making a contribution to the board and becoming one.  It helps pay the hosting costs for the board, gets you a cool badge, and unlimited PM messages too.
