Hi Mark,
Does your paytable glass have the payouts seen at the following link? If so, the list of SS chips for your game are listed there:

If that is not the exact game you have or if the payouts are different, please let us know what you have, or post a picture if you are unsure.
Note also that there were many different reel strips made for Red White & Blue games -- hopefully you have the right strips to match those SS chips and your glass. I don't have a reference handy that includes the strip numbers, but your strips should have the following symbols, if the glass you have is a match to the link above.
(Key: "R" is red, "H" is White, and "B" is Blue. Examples: "H7" = White 7. "RB" = Red Bar)
