Hi all just picked up 2 alphas last week have one that the 5th button (one next to rebet button) stays on all the time. Not sure what button deck is called has 8 buttons but in setup called 11 button deck.
Just didn't know if anyone had seen this before
It has the 1ghz unit in it not sure what other info you need.

Do your other buttons work? Also, when you hit spin, does it does it do a quick flash or does it never turn off. Sometimes when you hit SPIN the light will flicker.
Try this, when you hit spin, hit that button that is lit up. Does it stop the reels early? I am guessing it might be routed to the MAX BET switch.

the other buttons work fine in the pic I had hit the button to the left of one staying on (the 150 bet)
I will check tonight for the flash and if it stops reels I know the rebet button does I looked at the wiring before I posted and looks same on both machines

ok this is what I found light did not flash at all so I opened machine back up to double check wiring found switch had been changed was different than all others in both machines.
took switch out and plugged in to harness had no light so I put switch back in deck and had light again so i took out again and found when the plastic would touch the deck the light would come on :banghead:
so temp put tape under switch between it and button deck and works great now.
will be ordering a new switch.
