I HAVE AN IGT S2000 CRYSTAL 7'S WITH A PROBLEM. I PUT A $20 IN THE MACHINE AND I BELIEVE I PLAYED IT FOR A PENNY TIMES 3 & SPUN THE REELS & GOT NOTHING & THE CREDIT METER WENT TO $419.97. WANT DO YOU THINK HAPPENED & WHAT SHOULD DO.

Sounds like you had $400 worth of credits on the machine before putting the $20 in, which made it $420, played 3 credits at $0.01per credit and unded up with $419.97 after one non-winning spin. I don't see the problem here

There's no bill setting that can give you $420 credit for a $20 bill so the $400 had to be on there initially

That's possible, but unlikely enough as to be impossible. The software is built with keeping that from happening as a very high priority. Can you imagine what the casinos would do if the bill validators or game software was giving away free money? That part supplier would be out of business. No, I'm betting you already had credits on the machine and didn't notice.

I doubt that would ever happen these are gambling machines and a casino would have a tough time explaining losses like this.
If you have played less than 25 games since the occurrence you can go back in the history and review each spin.
I believe you will find a winning spin like Cowboy stated above.
