Title: Need Help Getting Ticket Light bezel to light

I was wondering how you get the bezel to light. It is plugged in on the door but I am not sure if the printer does or where? I don't want to plug anything in wrong and mess something up.

Have you checked the amount of paper in the printer light will go out if paper is low

Yes the paper is full and printing.

Printer plug needed plugged in. Didn't want to until I new for sure it was the right plug and not fry anything. But no one else responded so I just tried it and checked to see if there was power there and that was the issue. Had to plug the 3 prong in to the machine harness that goes up to the bezel.
