Title: Bally Alpha question

I have a couple of Bally Alpha MPU's that are spares and when I tested them they just sit there and buzz at me. I know that some MPU's have to be powered down and then powered up again for them to start but I am wondering why the few that I have just sit there and try to reboot. Thanks.

Where is the "buzzing" coming from? I remember reading on here that the restart issue was from a bad MPU Power Supply?

It's the buzz that you hear from the MPU starting up but won't get past the start up.
