Title: gold touch not clearing credit

I have a gold touch that will not clear credit other than that everything else is working great. if anyone has any idea as to how to fix please reply any and all help would be greatly appreciated

Is this an IGT? Please post a picture of the machine.
What do you mean by not clearing credits? Do you mean they won't play off?

it is a Cadillac jack machine you can insert money and it gives credits and plays just fine but it will not cash the credit out thanks for the response

Ok I looked it up. Not a common machine.
1. Did it cash out the credit before?
2. Does it "cash out" in CASH, or in a ticket form?
3. Still would like to see a picture of the machine.

If u cannot cash out credits, try changing your settings to printing a ticket. Even if you dont have a printer, it should pop up a window saying printing in progress then zero out your credits. I believe it is on the main configuration menu.
