Last night my speakers started to pop followed by an error message call attendant.  Error came up regarding the sound board.  My current board part number is 76924400 Rev A but so far I can only find 76924401  rev a. So I assume just an updated part number but should still work?

Before I went and bought a new MM II board, I would remove the simm from the board and clean all the edge connectors with a pencil eraser. BTW the machine should play just fine even if the MM II board is not installed.
 
I've never been one to look at part numbers, but If the MM II has a socket to hold a simm I've never seen one that wouldn't work  ( Some MM II take eproms and no simm )  Game King, I Game, and S 2000 all use the same MM II board.
