Title: Identification of this button deck
Post by: br549autosales on October 12, 2018, 08:15:15 PM
In the set up menu it asks what type button deck, this is the one on my machine, is this considered standard, common or something else? Thanks

Thanks for that info, I did not know for sure since I'm still new to the Bluebird machines. I've performed a clear and set all the settings but now the game just stays in "configuration in progress" mode with the green mark going left & right across the bottom of the screen like it's not loading the game, been like that for about 20 minutes now. I'm using an H-13 OS card, shoukd I try a different OS card possibly to get this game to load? It's Monopoly Bonus City.

I have bonus city as well. And use a H13.21
Mine takes awhile to load as well. So be patient.
And wait for a error code if it dont load.

Also. This might be of some help.
On youtube search for (bb2 setup) some videos made by (bettor slots) had a few for different setups on bb2 machine. And it is spelled Bettor slots..

The closest one I have is a 13.20, will that one possibly work? Here are the other OS cards I have with a 13 prefix:

H-13.37
H-13.15
H-13.34
H-13.41
Another question, will any of these work with LOTR The Two Towers game? Thanks

The 13.21 card should work  for this monopoly.
It works on my machine but i have a oled board. So not sure if it will work with standard board.
When its loading on the confirmation screen is the green line going side to side or is it frozen?
Also im sure the higher os cards will work for the family card too..

Also i have lotr two towers and i am using 13.20
So any of the ones you have should work.
But again i have oled button boards on all three of my machines.
I have had to clear card a couple of times when i have problems with them loading.
Again not sure if that standard board will work. Ill search and see if i can find a answer.

Yes, choose standard for the extra spin button deck.

On another note, when using OLED button decks be sure to use OS 9.25 or newer for H9 games and use H13.35 or newer for H13 games.  I also avoid using any versions of H13.37 OS.

Is it possible that the Monopoly nor the LOTR will not work because I'm using the button deck with the extra button & not an OLED deck?

Just a thought. What clear card are you using?
And maybe do a clear again and try to install game again.
Have you cleared and installed bb2 games before with   Success.

I have done a clear on my Wizard Of Oz Ruby Slippers game before and it works fine. Here are the 4 clear cards I have:

I use the newer one.
Sclr-000-1851
512MB
Maybe the newer one would be better and its alot faster than your card.
I dont understand. It loads the game just not finishing the configuration screen.
And no error codes..
To me its hanging on the board. That extra bet button.
I have the standard board with 13 buttons.but dont use it on my machines for the games i play..
You have the 14 button panel. Can you set it up for the 14 button panel? Is there a option for that in the setup screen?

I did not see that option, just standard, common & 3 choices of OLED. I do have 2 more clear cards & a fooler card, I will include those pictures

Did you clear it with that 1851 card.
I would try clearing again even if you used the 1851
Card.
But the other member said to pick the standard panel. So it must work.

Using that clear card did not make a difference. I'm guessing that just because this game has the extra monitor on top that it must be missing something to play BB2 games, my other game that has Wizard Of Oz Ruby Slippers has an NXT2 CPU in it while this one only has the standard CPU. I'll include pics of the inside off the bottom & top of each game so maybe someone can tell me what else I need to make this one able to play BB2 games. I do have a Fooler card if that helps any

Well I tried to post pictures of the inside of this machine but it says the files are too big, scratch that idea
