Title: sumit coin monitor
Post by: brianfink on December 03, 2018, 02:28:50 PM
I am trying to fix a summit coin ltd. black jack video machine for a guy. He said some one came into his store to look at it, and some how stole the video cable out of it. So I went over there to look at it thinking I could just make a cable myself, but there appears to be a board missing that was once mounted to the side of the monitor. It looks like the monitor should work with either cga or ega, but I can't tell what the out put is coming from the machine. He had a manual of sorts that mostly described the hopper and door, error codes, It has a hand written schematic that I can't make out. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Brian, I stumbled across this post from last year, did you ever figure out this machine? I have a little experience with the early Summit video slots, I actually have a poker version. If this is the format where the cards are square and in a metal rack at the back of the machine I might be able to direct you to the video card.

Thanks for responding, I decided it was to much trouble. I talked the guy into getting a gameking.
