Hi, I have a IGT S2000. It has a stomper board in it. It used to be a multi denomination game with a touch screen. I took out the old game and put in a new game without a touch screen. I used clear chip 224 and key chip 45 (twice), and I keep having the same problems. The touch screen lights keep blinking from corner to corner. I was told that I needed to change the denomination all to the same to stop this, but when I go in to set this I only have game #1 (set to .25). The service and cash out buttons are not lit, so I can't change to the other games (%). Also I went through the menu and the multimedia does not have where I can change from legacy sound to enhanced. Is my board bad? Thanks to anyone that can help!

You're going to have to put the key chip back in & set the denom touch panel to Buttons 1,2,3,4 for denom 1. Must have zero credits on the machine for key chip to work.
-
As far as your enhanced sound issue, when it does not give you that option for enhanced, it usually means your SB ship does not offer enhanced sound. So nothing is wrong with your machine on that particular issue.

Which MPU does your machine have? Is it 500 series or 1270? As RB stated, you must assign buttons AND payback for each denom. As far as enhanced sounds, the only thing required is a multimedia board with sound simm for a 500 series board or a sound simm and DSPL2 chip on a 1270. If you have a 1270 with an R board then that's a whole different ball of wax

Thanks everyone for responding. I went ahead and redid the key chip went to 7.1 .1.4 denomination touch panel and player denom 1 button one and then all three button say player denom no button assigned in can't change it and yes I made sure there is no credits on the machine. The second problem with the sound card I have a super stopper board with a multimedia board and I tested the multimedia board with another super stopper and it worked. One gentleman said that it can be my SB chip I wonder if so can that be also the why I can't change the donom on the machine. The game I have is double 3x4x5x times play the SB is1007833cm if anyone can figure out if that is the chip that's causing the issues thanks Brent

As long as you are setting a denom, button assignment and payback percent for each desired denom there shouldn't be an issue. What SB, SG and version chips are you using?
As far as the sound problem, I wasn't aware there were any SB's that didn't support enhanced sound. RB would be the authority on that I would think

sound simms will not work with Double 3x 4x 5x pay. (at least the SB I was using did not support enhanced)
-
I am using SB 1007833CM stepper GM E1 is SG000363 and the other chip is SG 000363 and the version chip is the S011 GX one those are the chips on the board
-
Thank you for letting me know that the soundcard will not work for that game thank you thank you just one more issue to fix Brent
-
Yes indeed, this is an example of a SB chip that does not support enhanced sound. I love that Super Lucky game, but wish it supported enhanced sound.
-
Is there a different SB that will work and support enhanced sound for that game?
-
I looked for something that would work, but found no other SB's for that Super Lucky 5 line. Seems there is only that one SB.
-
You have the wrong machine it is a 3x4x5x times play game not the one you are suggesting
-
There is such as thing as SB100781 for the Dbl 3x4x5x Pay game. :propeller:
I don't possess any other info.

I have never tried the 2cm to see if it supports enhanced sound.

still can't change denom, and the lights on what used to be the touch panel are still lighting from corner to corner. When I go into change it the service and cash out buttons are not lit and will not work. There are no credits on the machine, and I used a clear and key chip .
-
What are you setting your accounting denom at before you set the player denoms?
-
Hi the denom is set at 0.25 and it is a three coin game

Hi everyone I took another computer out of another machine to put the right game chip and it reloaded it still the same problem the lights keep going back and forth in all four corners then I took a computer out of another machine and left the game chip in it put it and set it up still the lights keep going corner to corner to corner and in all these tries for some reason it will not allow you to change the player denomination to 0.25 I have tried everybody's suggestions and still I have gotten nowhere so anybody got any more suggestions thanks Brent :banghead:
