Don't know if you just got this or it was working?.  Check all your batteries and pci card in brain box.  Don't even know what type hard drive you have a ssd or mechanical. The fact that you are getting that far is not a bad thing.  You may once the pci batteries and main board battery has been checked/replaced have to do a full wipe and re load everything (worse scenario).  Re-seat boot 1 and 2 chips also.

Heap block.  Every time the doors are opened, cash can removed they set errors and stack once it reaches it's limit it will shut you down.  You have to --with power off install the e-key 7 and appropriate diagnostic and power on and wait --boot to the diag. screen.  In right top select non-volitile--enter,  Then only clear the top 2----------NOT the hard drive.  If that works for you you would just need to set up the games again using e-key 7 only.  Prior to that after a clear and re-boot you will have to turn the jackpot re-set key as advised by the prompts.  This will clear the pci and accounting etc. --does not affect the hard drive--the games will still be there.  Hope that helped.

Do that,  It will work and get you somewhere with it.  I have worked on at least 500 of these.  --Probably more.  There not hard at all once you understand what they want.  Just computers with slot company encription draped on them-hence the e keys etc.
