Title: Payout problems Jennings Mark II Govenor Tic Tac Toe

Payout problems:
Started out that it only paid 1 coin on any payout, should have been 3, 5, etc
I sprayed wd40 at the rear of the coin slides where the rods hit (hold them in place) and it started to payout correctly some of the time.
Now it has stopped paying out at all, there is money in coin tube


any suggestions where to start?
Need manual too.

Well for starters, I'd try my best to remove anything on the coin slides, including any WD40 that may have got on them. Coin slides are meant to be literally "bone dry" for proper operation. WD40 is more of a solvent.
When you hit a payout, can you hear the slides trying to pay?
Set up a large payout and see what happens.

I got it working, I found that there were a few coins hung up in the coin tube.  Removed them, reloaded tube, wiped off all excessive oil around slides, greased ends of release rods and it's working great.
